The property was listed originally at $254,950, this was then reduced to $249,950 (I would have been satisfied with $240,000). After 3 months that included this price reduction I became frustrated with the process and de-listed. Fortunately, I was able to find Anthony from List and Sell who helped coach me in the preparations needed to maximise the potential for a successful outcome.     I had my property on the market with one of the leading real estate agents in Ingleburn on a 3 month contract, however they were unable to sell the property at the price that I wanted considering the renovations made by me ie tiling, floorboards and also a new vanity. Anthony was heaven sent when he knocked on my door a few days before my contract was about to run out. He was very polite, courteous and professional and explained to me that I was under a contract he would not provide me with any advice at the time, however he booked an appointment for a date after my contract ended and explained things to me in a very easy to understand and systematic matter. Anthony was very punctual for any appointments I had with him, he went through the trouble to get professional photographs of the property taken and even helped tidy the place a bit so that the photographs looked great.
